We have found in promoting events that the majority of
people who will attend do so coming from within a sixty
mile radius of your event (or approximately, at the
furthest, from an hour away.)
To start, we pin-point the precise location of your
event, and then utilizing web tools, draw out a measured
sixty miles. Your press release will then be sent to newspapers, magazines, radio stations, television
stations, etc., within this radius from your location. Online
we will post your press on online event calendars, music
forums, social media sites, etc. Although this would include fewer
media contacts for your release, this is highly
targeted and highly recommended for gigs, concerts, etc.
Because of the nature of this distribution, not only do
we call each pre-determined recipient of your press
release beforehand to determine whether they will be
receptive to running your press release, we phone them
afterwards to determine whether they got your release.
Be real. If a publicist offers to do otherwise, he
is offering spam. We know how effective that is,
and what it's worth.
To properly execute, please
give us a minimum of one full month to execute
prior to your event.

wider distribution of your press release.
Your press release will be sent to newspapers,
magazines, radio stations, music related websites, music
forums, etc.
all over the web.
Unless you state otherwise, we will recommend related
sites that will offer you a cross-marketing of your
efforts. For example, if your music is Blues, with a
definite Rhythm and Blues feel, we might recommend sites
related to Blues, R&B, Soul, Southern Soul and Blues,
Smooth Jazz, etc. If Rock infused Blues, why limit
yourself to simply Blues related sites? Inquire as
to how we can reach a wider audience for your music.
This service is recommended as a beginning for CD releases, etc.

Comprehensive CD Release. From finding reviews
for your release to finding airplay, with
this service we essentially assume the marketing of your
CD. This is the whole enchilada. And we take
this matter very seriously.
With this your press
release will be sent to magazines, newspapers (daily,
weekly, alternative, underground), television stations,
radio stations (terrestrial, satellite and internet- while there is still such a thing
as internet radio), pod-casts, forums,
chat-rooms, data-feeds, music related websites, etc.
