We suggest our users  take into consideration what similar services cost and select a plan accordingly. Our Mission
Our mission is to ensure that every musician/ musical organization/ record label/music professional,  have access to the media, regardless of size and geographic location.

 Guiding Principles
To help us fulfill our mission, we invite you to read the following list of guiding principles for our distribution service:

• We are  committed to providing press release distribution services so that every organization may have access to editors, journalists and freelance writers. We have created comprehensive networks and distribution digital feeds which give our users the same access to the media as larger organizations.

• We  will not distribute any press release written for the purpose of causing harm or damage to a third party, improperly formatted releases, press releases posted by distributors of network marketing organizations,press releases that look and read like a commercial, link to an online store, a paid membership, contest page or fraudulent (spoof) advertisements.

We will not distribute content that promotes hatred or violence, political, alcohol, tobacco, prescription drugs, vitamins, MAGIC pills/cream/herbs/drinks, weight loss, ring tones, domain name sales, job offers, replicas, mortgage offers, credit repair, credit cards offers, CONTEST, religious, extremism, petition, activism, celebrities gossips, including "The Next Internet Millionaire contest", Secret Fortune, and any adult explicit materials.

• All services we offer, or will offer, must complement and support our mission. Auxiliary services must provide a needed service to our users, reinforce our brands, increase our visibility and expand its member community.

• We will never sell user contact information where we relinquish control of user information. Any emails that users receive from us will be generated and delivered through the press releases you submit as required in filling out any of the required fields.

• We are  committed to developing resources that benefit the public relations community at large wherever there is an opportunity to advance the mission of this service.

Your Contribution
Since we are  a member supported service we ask for the cooperation of our subscribers in the following areas:

Write compelling articles: Your news release should capture the attention and interest of the editors, journalists and writers that use this service as a resource for their work. Remember, you are directly responsible for the success of your press release.  If in question as to how to write an effective press release,  read our tutorial "How To Write An Effective Press Release." 

Tell others of our services. As it grows, our service improves to meet the ever increasing needs of its users. Please Tell A Friend or a Colleague about this great advertising resource.

Please edit your news releases carefully. You bear full responsibility for the content, accuracy and liability for your press release.

Guidelines
For a successful press release, here are a few guidelines.

  • Press release should be about a new release, an upcoming gig or announcement.
  • The headline and summary should be descriptive and eye catching so that visitors/journalists want to read your press release.
  • Do not use ALL CAPITAL letters.  To some this amounts to screaming, and people do not like to be screamed at. Likewise, in as much as you may wish to emphasize what you are saying, do not it with multiple punctuation marks!!!!  Do not underline your text, nor use bold.  If well written, the words you use will effectively convey what you want to say.
  • Keep the headline to less than 100 characters and between 5 to 20 words.
  • Keep the body between 3000 to 4000 characters and between 3 to 10 paragraphs.
  • It is strongly recommended to provide as much lead time as possible.  If you submit a press release regarding tomorrow's gig, or a likewise timely matter, we won't distribute it.
  • For beginners, or even experts, it's useful to look at other press releases.  If you need more information regarding writing an effective news release,  read our tutorial. 

Policies

  • No HTML allowed in any of the fields. HTML tags will be removed.
  • URLs starting with "http://" will be converted to links. To avoid spamming and misuse, only first 3 URLs will be converted to links.
  • Please DO NOT send us your press releases by fax, mail or email, as we will not be able to publish your news. Please submit your press release on the submission page created for that purpose. 

Article correction and  removal policies: Once published (accepted by our service) ARTICLE HEADLINE cannot be changed. Only article summary/body CAN be updated / corrected or eventually permanently REMOVED by us with a $30 fee per article. (Note: Emergency correction service or content submission support are exclusively granted to PREMIUM members/Paid Clients.).

Distribution Rights: By submitting, posting or displaying any Materials on or through our service, you automatically grant to us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, right to publicly display or re-display such Materials in other formats not simply limited to websites: 1) Use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, publicly perform or display any such communication; 2) Sublicense to third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with respect to the communication.


We reserve the right to change the above mentioned terms, conditions, rules, guidelines and policies at any time.
